There is nothing more tragic than the death of a child. When such a tragedy does occur, we all have a duty to support the family of the deceased. Today Joe is promoting an organization that does just that: The Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC) Foundation.
Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC) is the sudden and unexpected death of a child 12 months and older which remains unexplained after a thorough case investigation is conducted. SUDC is unpredictable and unpreventable at this time, and we do not know of any way to reduce the risk of it occurring. The SUDC Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3), that provides no cost services to families and professionals affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child 12 months and older. It is tasked with providing a centralized resource for information, support and advocacy. And it serves families and professionals affected by the tragedy of SUDC, and promotes awareness of SUDC in communities worldwide.
