Like all Portlanders, Joe is deeply saddened by the tragedy that recently struck our community when a house fire on Noyes Street ended six lives prematurely. Joe wanted to honor the victims by using the Time & Temp building to ask Portlanders to keep them in their thoughts and, if they can, contribute to the Noyes Street Fire Fund, the proceeds of which will go towards the costs of funeral arrangements.
