This weekend, Joe wants to spread the word about WinterKids, an organization that helps children develop healthy lifelong habits through fun, outdoor winter activity. Growing up in Maine, some of Joe's fondest memories are of playing in the snow with his buddies, so this is a cause he appreciates. On Saturday, WinterKids is holding their annual Welcome to Winter festival in Payson Park.
