Readers of Joe's Time & Temp blog have now seen almost every local theater company up in lights, and here's one more: the Lyric Music Theater, whose 2017-2018 season starts tonight, September 15th, with a production of Nice Work If You Can Get it. Founded in 1952, Lyric Music Theater is community theater at its finest. The purpose and mission of this wonderful organization is is to foster and develop interest in the theater in the Greater Portland Area, particularly as applied to music and drama, and to provide a medium for the expression of such interest. "Nice Work" will be running from September 15th through October 1st-- Joe hopes you get a chance to check it out!
